After the EC Red Bull Salzburg and the spusu Vienna Capitals qualified for the playoffs 2020 in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga on Sunday, three more spots for the postseason are available until the end of phase one in regular season, with six teams fighting for on the remaining five gamedays: While the EC-KAC and the Moser Medical Graz99ers each hit the road, the EC Panaceo VSV welcomes bottom-placed Dornbirn Bulldogs. Sky Sport Austria broadcasts Tuesday’s lone top-5 duel between HCB Südtirol Alperia and EHC Liwest Black Wings Linz.

  • KAC remains best team on the defensive end, conceding only 66 goals, posting eleventh season shutout past gameday, being without a goal against for 172 minutes and 42 seconds.
  • KAC won the first season-encounter 5:0, AVS the past two each with a one-goal difference.
