The spusu Vienna Capitals reinforced their roster for the upcoming season in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga with Henrik Neubauer. The 22-year-old Austrian forward left the Dornbirn Bulldogs towards Vienna.

Henrik Neubauer was part of the Bulldogs squad during the past two seasons. He posted 15 points (7G | 8A) in 112 games. Neubauer grew up in Sweden passing through the whole youth program of Färjestad BK. He has an Swedish passport too, which made him available for the U17 nationalteam competing at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge. Further, the forward showed up in six SHL-games for the nine-time Swedish champion.

“Henrik is a young Austrian with an excellent hockey-education. He fits perfect to our system, as he provides quickness and a precise move towards the goal. He gained a lot of experience during the past two seasons in Vorarlberg. Now it is time to take another step in his career”, Caps head coach Dave Cameron said.
