The last gameday of the win2day ICE Hockey League Regular Season did not bring any relevant changes in position, Hydro Fehérvár AV19 secured second place with a commanding 9-1 victory in Graz and thus qualified for the 2024/25 Champions Hockey League season.
HCB Südtirol Alperia defeated EC-KAC 3-0 and defended their fourth place. The two-time champions thus secured home ice for the quarter-finals, while Steinbach Black Wings Linz, EC iDM Wärmepumpen VSV and HC Pustertal gained confidence for the postseason with another win.

Hydro Fehérvár AV19 qualified for the 2024/25 Champions Hockey League season on the final gameday of the Regular Season of the win2day ICE Hockey League. With an unchallenged 9-1 road win against the Moser Medical Graz99ers, the Hungarians finished the regular season in second place and secured their participation in Europe's top ice hockey league for the second time. With six unanswered goals in the middle frame, the Hungarians took care of the decision. Captain Janos Hari recorded a 6-point game with two goals and four assists. The honorary goal for Graz was scored by 18-year-old Croatian Filip Matijevic in only his third ICE game.
Bolzano clinches home ice advantage in the quarterfinals
HCB Südtirol Alperia secured fourth place in the final round with a 3-0 home win over EC-KAC, which were already certain winners of the Regular Season before the last round. This gives the two-time ICE champions the right to home advantage in the quarter-finals. An early penalty by Dustin Gazley (5.) and a deflection by Mike Halmo (30./PP1) ensured the victory for Bolzano. Goalie Sam Harvey celebrated his second shutout after returning to the Foxes.
Linz, Villach and Bruneck start the postseason with victories
Steinbach Black Wings Linz, EC iDM Wärmepumpen VSV and HC Pustertal Wölfe celebrated victories on the last game day of the Regular Season and thus recharged their batteries for the upcoming tasks in the postseason.
The Upper Austrians won their duel with HK SZ Olimpija 6-5 in front of almost 4,500 spectators, with Nico Feldner putting in a strong performance with a brace and two assists. The Carinthians beat the spusu Vienna Capitals – the STEFFL Arena was packed with 6,250 spectators – 4-3. Philipp Lindner was the match winner with two goals. He also netted the decisive goal with 5.5 minutes left.
The Wolves defeated the reigning champions EC Red Bull Salzburg 3-2. Hannoun, Atwal and Schofield scored for the South Tyroleans, which had to concede both goals while short-handed.
