HK SZ Olimpija Ljubljana (1) - Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan (8)
The winner of the Regular Season had the first pick right and chose Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan, who beat Red Bull Hockey Juniors 2-0 in the Pre-Playoffs series. These two teams have already met eight times in the Alps Hockey League. Ljubljana has only been defeated twice in this duel. This season, the Slovenians celebrated two outright victories over the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan. The "best-of-five" quarterfinal series will open on March 27 at 7:30 p.m. in Ljubljana.

HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice (2) - HC Gherdeina Valgardena.it (7)
HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice will play the "best-of-five" quarterfinals against HC Gherdeina Valgerdena.it, who defeated VEU Feldkirch in the pre-playoffs. While Jesenice was still in the Alps Hockey League playoffs every year, HC Gherdeina qualified for the postseason for the first time. The Slovenians lead the head to head in this duel with 7:3. Jesenice won both duels of the season, but the second game only in overtime.

HC Pustertal Wölfe (3) – EHC Lustenau (6)
HC Pustertal Wölfe chose EHC Lustenau, who eliminated premiere champion Ritten in the pre-playoffs. The duel between Pustertal and Lustenau has already taken place twelve times in the Alps Hockey League, with the Wolves winning seven of these encounters. This season, the third-placed team in the regular season celebrated two straight victories in the encounters with the Vorarlbergers.

Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey (4) - S. G. Cortina Hafro (5)
For Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey remained the S.G. Cortina Hafro. This means that in the quarterfinals it will come to the "Derby Veneto". The AHL champion from 2018 could win this derby in the Alps Hockey League in seven of twelve meetings. This AHL season, the two teams have already dueled four times, with Cortina winning two encounters. Asiago, on the other hand, celebrated only one success in the AHL - one game ended in a draw. In the semifinal series of the Italian championship, however, Asiago prevailed smoothly with 2-0 victories.

The "best-of-five" quarterfinal series will be played in an H - A - H - A - H mode.
