There will be fights for points in the Alps Hockey League in Austria on Tuesday and Wednesday. Two Italian-clashes will follow in Fassa and Sterzing on Thursday.

The VEU Feldkirch is already looking forward to their first home-game since 16 days and road-trips to Asiago (4:5/OT), Fassa (7:4), Salzburg (2:3) and Kitzbühel (6:1)! Besides, home-strength will face road-power in this Italian clash as well: Sterzing has won all four home-games so far allowing just eight goals, while the Champion got points out of all four road-games (three wins) allowing only three goals in total! Furthermore, the Champion has been successful in nine consecutive meetings with Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan. While the „Furies“ have surprised with a 6:3-win over EK Die Zeller Eisbären lately, the Falcons have been defeated in three straight games. Gherdeina has won five consecutive meetings with HC Fassa Falcons, who got their last (home-)win over the „Furies“ on September 24th 2016 or 751 days ago.
