Hydro Fehérvár AV19 celebrated their fourth win in a row on Tuesday, beating Villach 2:0 at home. Tim Campbell scored in the third minute and Balint Magosi added another in the middle period. Goalie Rasmus Reijola had 33 saves to record his second shutout of the season.

Shutouts also for Pustertal and Asiago
HC Pustertal set off a real offensive firework in the first period at home against Vorarlberg. Wesley and captain Andergassen scored within a minute to take a 2:0 lead. Frycklund increased the lead with a spectacular shot and Akeson made it 4:0 shortly before the first period break. It stayed that way until the final buzzer, with goalie Andreas Bernard celebrating his first shutout of the season. While Pustertal moved closer to the top six, the Pioneers remain at the bottom of the table.

Asiago recorded their second win in their third home game of the season. After a goalless first period, the Italians took the lead against Linz through Nick Saracino (34./PP). In the final period, league top scorer Matteo Gennaro increased the lead - again in the powerplay - and Alex Ierullo scored an empty netter for the final decision. Goalie Evan Cowley recorded his first league shutout (28 saves). Asiago thus improved to eleventh place.

Champions win clearly in Innsbruck
After two previous defeats, Salzburg returned to winning ways. The reigning champions won 6:1 in Innsbruck. Thomas Raffl and Ali Wukovits - with a shorthander - quickly made it 2:0. The Tyroleans got to the scoreboard in the middle period through Krogsgaard (34./PP), but Kraus restored the two-goal lead. The final decision was made by a brace from Wukovits and Huber, who scored within 43 seconds.

Ljubljana defeats Vienna in overtime
Goalies Lukas Horak and Sebastian Wraneschitz dominated the game between Olimpija Ljubljana and the spusu Vienna Capitals for almost 50 minutes - then Ljubljana newcomer Rudolf Cerveny scored the first goal of the game in PP. The Viennese managed to equalise through Franklin (57'), but in the end they suffered their fourth defeat in a row in overtime: Blaz Tomazevic appeared alone in front of Wraneschitz and scored with ice-cold precision. Olimpija improved to fifth place.
