HC Orli Znojmo entered the match with just ten offensive players. The Czechs were applying pressure on their opponent and were finally rewarded in minute 18: The Czechs were going two on one in the offensive, Kalus choose to take teh shot and was successful, he scored to the right site. The second period was really fast,  the game went up and down. The next goal was just a question of time: After winning the bully, Marek Kalus beat goalie Dan Bakala with his second attemp (29./pp) – 2:0. EC Panaceo VSV responded quickly: The guests searched their luck in the offense as well in period 2: Felix Maxa finished a counter. Villach took shot after shot, but Lassila defended the lead. Villach had a perfect start in period 3: Nikolas Petrik touched the puck behind the back of Znojmo‘s goalie. Then, Villach took penaltys. Znojmo was combinating in the offensive, Allan McPherson became a pass to lthe eft bar and scored. Five minutes before the end, C.J. Stretch extended the lead to 4:2. Villach had a quick answer: Fraser grabbed a puck on the blue line and shot fast to the bar. The Czechs stayed unimpressed and responded with another goal netted by McPherson. Villach took a time out and full risk then, but scored just one more goal by Jamie Fraser from the blue line. So, the three points stayed in Znojmo.

The game started with Graz offense and it resulted in a goal already in the second minute, Hamilton put the puck in the net. Fehervar pushed harder in the upcoming minutes, but Rahm saved all shots. In the middle of the period, King fouled and Fehervar tied the game, first Sarauer and Hari missed but Koger scored from close. Fehervar was the better team on ice after the goal, but Phillips and Harty both were unsuccessful. After Koskiranta’s penalty, Graz attacked five on four, but Carruth was on point. Five on five, the guests were more effective, Hamilton scored his second goal in the game before the buzzer. The second period started better for Fehervar, Harty threatened, then Carruth had more to do. A puck went in the net but the referees decided that the goal was not valid, however, Graz scored fast after the puckdrop, ex-Fehervar player Yellow Horn made the difference two. Both teams player harder and the pace went higher, as could be seen on the number of goals as well. First Sarauer scored, then Ograjensek beat Carruth. The Hungarians had an answer to that goal, too, Caruso put Hari’s pass in the net. The guests wanted to decide the game and used every mistake Fehervar made, and after Garbowsky and Weihager’s goals, the difference was already three goals. Not for long, though, as Hannu Jarvenpaa’s team scored on powerplay, Koger put his rebound in the net, then Hari scored after a breakaway. The game went on balanced at the beginning of the third period, the biggest chance was for Fehervar as Glenn shot from the blue line. Fehervar played better in the upcoming minutes as well, Rahm had a lot to do as Hari , Koskiranta and Harty all tried to score but the goalie of the Austrians saved all. After the middle of the period, it was Graz that could have scored but Carruth and the defense worked well. Towards the end of the period, Fehervar put a lot of pressure on Graz’s net which resulted in the equalizer, Anze Kuralts shot wasdefelcted by Hari into the left corner. 5 minutes before the buzzer, Tikkanen fouled but after spending one minute on the powerplay, Setzinger got a penalty, too that is why the game went on four on four. Before the buzzer, Sarauer almost decided the game but Rahm saved. In the overtime, neither team risked too much in the first minutes, then Fehervar played four on three, without success. Just 30 seconds left, Graz used their first real chance in the overtime, Caito put the puck in the net from close.

EC-KAC has decided the Austrian meeting with EHC LIWEST Black Wings Linz with three early goals scored by Fischer (1.), Witting (5.) and Petersen(9.). Mike Ouzas left his net and has been replaced by David Kickert. The game was offensivly played then (14:9-shots), but each netminder Lars Haugen and David Kickert has allowed no other goal so far. The Red Jackets were the chiefs on the ice after the re-start. Patrick Harand extended the lead with a Power Play goal in minute 29 – 4:0.  The Upper Austrians showed charater in period 3 and were rewarded with two goals from Brian Lebler (44., 59.).

EC Red Bull Salzburg had a perfect start into their home-game against HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“: Nico Feldner potted the 1:0 from the slot after just 145 seconds. The Mozart Citizens tried to extend their lead (10:4-shots in period 1), but, the next goal was netted by the guests: Andrew Yogan scored from near the right circle – 1:1. The Red Bulls got the lead bac in period 2 thanks a Power Play goal from Peter Hochkofler (26.). The game was even played now. As in period 1, the guests responded in period 2 too: Sacha Guimond netted the 2:2 from the middle distance in minute 38. Each team had their chances in period 3. The Game Winner was finally scored by Daniel Wachter in minute 57.

Dornbirn Bulldogs made the game in the first 20 minutes (14:8-shots), but HCB Südtirol Alperia netted the first goal. Daniel Catenacci potted the 1:0 for the „Foxes“ in minute 17. The two teams searched their luck in the offense in period 2 (14:13-shots). The goals came late in the period: Reid netted the 1:1 in minute 37. But Bozen stayed unimpressed and re-took the lead just 81 seconds later: Campbell netted the 2:1 from close range in a Power Play. Bozen has even added the 3:1: Alex Petan scored from a Penalty Shot in minute 40. The Vorarlberger tried to get back into the game in period 3, but goalie Smith had all (15) shots. On the other hand, Frigo netted the 4:1 in minute 55.

spusu Vienna Capitals and KHL Medvescak Zagreb have faced each other on eye-level in the first 40 minutes. Each team had their chances (29:29-shots in period 1+2), but the goalies JP Lamoureux and Ivan Lisutin allowed no goal. The break-through came in minute 50. Jamie Arniel potted the 1:0 for the Caps. The guests stayed unimpressed and answered in an offensive match (49:44-shots) just 122 seconds later. The game went into an Overtime, in which Peter Schneider netted the Game Winner for Vienna. The Caps are back on the winning street.
