The Bemer Pioneers Vorarlberg are currently eleven points behind tenth place as bottom of the table. Asiago are ten points short of Pustertal and the pre-playoffs. After a series of losses of more than a month, the Pioneers were able to win three of the past five games and are thus on the upswing. On Sunday, they prevailed 3:1 in Klagenfurt. In addition, the team from Feldkirch defeated Graz (4:2) and champion Salzburg (2:1/SO). Asiago is still waiting for its first win in December. However, the team from Veneto has also only been in action twice, losing away to both Innsbruck (2:5) and Fehérvár (0:3). In total, the Italians have only managed to pick up eight points away from home (13th place). The Pioneers, on the other hand, are bottom of the league at home with only nine points. Both games will be live on Tuesday and Wednesday at www.live.ice.hockey.
