Hydro Fehérvár AV19's first league game in the new Alba Arena was a very special one. The Hungarians defeated EC-KAC 4-0 on 27 September, laying the foundation for their second win of the season with three goals in the middle period, with Erdely, Berger and Gaunce scoring within 75 seconds (see all highlights).

Things went even faster on Tuesday in Linz. Bretschneider, Knott and Lebler all scored within 51 seconds in the Black Wings' 8-2 home win over Asiago. It was the sixth-fastest three-pack in league history.

The record is held by the spusu Vienna Capitals. On 18 September 2015, the Viennese celebrated a 7-1 home win over Znojmo in the third round. In the middle period, the home side pulled away from 2-1 to 5-1 within 31 seconds, with Kurtis McLean and Danny Bois (2) responsible for the goals.
