The 20-year-old Swede is the fifth player to qualify for the season vote. All players born in 2005 or later are eligible.

During the playoffs, the big season vote will take place, where the Young Star of the 2025/26 season will be crowned from all the monthly winners.

Viktor Eriksson joined the Unterland Cavaliers in November after transferring from the US-based United States Hockey League. He made an immediate impact with the team, recording 32 points (10G | 22A) in 29 games this season.

In February, the 20-year-old Swede impressed with two goals and five assists and was thus named Young Star of the Month thanks to his strong performances. However, he was unable to prevent Unterland’s season from coming to an end. The South Tyrolean side finished fourth in Qualification Round A, missing out on a spot in the Pre-Playoffs.
