bet-at-home ICE Hockey League:
Tue, 25.01.2022, 19:15: Dornbirn Bulldogs - HC TIWAG Innsbruck
Referees: BERNEKER, RUETZ, Mantovani, Martin | >> PPV-LIVESTREAM <<

While Innsbruck were narrowly beaten by their direct rivals for a playoff place in Bruneck on Sunday, Dornbirn returned to winning ways after five previous defeats. The Vorarlberg side beat Graz 2:1 at home. But despite their success, postseason participation is already a distant prospect for the Bulldogs. It's a different story for HCI, who are currently in eleventh place, only a hair's breadth behind the pre-playoff places. In the three season duels with Dornbirn so far, the Sharks have won twice, but the last encounter in Innsbruck shortly before Christmas ended with a clear 5:1 for the Vorarlbergers.

Tue, 25.01.2022, 19:15: EC-KAC - EC GRAND Immo VSV
Referees: PIRAGIC, ZRNIC, Gatol, Riecken | >> PPV-LIVESTREAM <<

EC-KAC suffered a 3:0 defeat at EC Red Bull Salzburg on Sunday night, ending a league game without a point for the first time since December 21. On Tuesday, the fourth-placed Klagenfurt side will face VSV, who are playing a game again after a 21-day championship break, at home in the 342nd derby. The sixth-placed Villach side won their last encounter with the KAC at the beginning of January, but for a long time there was nothing to be gained in the Messehalle. The record champions are currently defending the longest winning streak against Villach on their own ice in the entire history of the derby: the most recent 9:1 victory after Christmas represented the 14th KAC home win against EC GRAND Immo VSV in a row. The red and white team has not dropped a point at home against their local rivals since 2 February 2016, with 42:0 points and 50:17 goals in that period.

Tue, 25.01.2022, 19:45: HC Pustertal - Steinbach Black Wings Linz
Referees: M. NIKOLIC, OFNER, Pardatscher, Sparer | >> PPV-LIVESTREAM <<

HC Pustertal have been on the rise since mid-November, and on Sunday the league newcomers climbed into the top-10 with a home win over Innsbruck. On Tuesday, the Wolves face bottom side Linz at home. The Upper Austrians celebrated a success in Dornbirn at the weekend, but with only four wins from 18 games they are also the weakest away team in the league. After the Black Wings had won both home games against HCP by a narrow margin, they suffered a clear 3:7 defeat in the Intercable Arena in December. Emil Kristensen recently stood out from a strong Wolves team. The Dane, who will represent his home country at the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, scored both game winners at the weekend. After 35 games the 29-year-old holds 16 points (9G, 7A).

Wed, 26.01.2022, 19:15: Hydro Fehervar AV 19 - Tesla Orli Znojmo
Referees: FICHTNER, SIEGEL, Durmis, Konc | >> PPV-LIVESTREAM <<

In Wednesday's only bet-at-home ICE Hockey League game, HC Tesla Orli Znojmo, who have won twice recently, are guests in Székesfehérvár. Ten days ago, the Hungarians lost their last ICE match against Innsbruck, and at the weekend they were also narrowly defeated in the final of the Hungarian Cup. In the season duel the score is 1:1, both teams kept the upper hand at home. In a total of 24 home games against the Czech Eagles, third-placed Fehervar won 13 times. With only four wins from 15 games, Znojmo, currently in eighth place, are the second-weakest away team in the league.
