With the re-engagement of Rob Daum the EC GRAND Immo VSV has made a change of coach. The 62-year-old Canadian is thus returning to Villach, where he signed a contract for the current and the coming season. Already on February 5th, 2020, the coach, who has long been coaching Linz, signed with the "Adler" in Villach and led them into the playoffs. Negotiations about a continuation of his agreement had still failed in spring/summer - now Rob Daum starts his second time in Villach. "A really strong team was put together in Villach. Together we want to reach the playoffs first and then continue to be successful," the new, old head coach said in a first reaction. He will coach Villach together with assistan Marco Pewal and goalie coach Patrick Machreich.
