win2day ICE Hockey League:
Sun, 26.11.2023, 16:00: Hydro Fehervar AV 19 - Steinbach Black Wings Linz
Referees: GROZNIK, RENCZ, Muzsik, Zgonc | >> live.ice.hockey <<

After four previous victories, Fehervar had to admit defeat away from home again on Friday, the Hungarians lost in Graz and slipped to third place in the table. The Steinbach Black Wings, on the other hand, defended their top position with their third home win in a week. Only once this season Fehervar has left the ice without points in two consecutive games. The number one success factor for tomorrow's hosts is easy to find: With 80 goals, Janos Hari and his colleagues have scored the most goals of any team so far. The team from Linz won the first game of the season 4:1.

Sun, 26.11.2023, 16:00: HCB Südtirol Alperia - BEMER Pioneers Vorarlberg
Referees: HUBER, ZRNIC, Miklic, Snoj | >> live.ice.hockey <<

Despite falling behind, Bolzano celebrated a 4:2 victory over Innsbruck on Friday. It was the ninth win in a row for Glen Hanlon's team, which could set a record on Sunday: the longest HCB winning streak in the win2day ICE Hockey League was ten victories in the transition from the qualifying round to the quarter-finals in 2020. The Pioneers have alternated wins and losses in their last nine games, but on Friday there was nothing for the side from Vorarlberg to take in Linz. The two teams have met five times so far, with the hosts always coming out on top - including in the first clash of the season in Feldkirch.

Sun, 26.11.2023, 17:30: spusu Vienna Capitals - Moser Medical Graz99ers
Referees: FICHTNER, SIEGEL, Gatol-Schafranek, Riecken | >> live.ice.hockey <<

While the Capitals were caught out cold on their visit to Villach and lost 3:6, Graz celebrated a 6:4 home win over Fehervar yesterday - with new signing Renars Krastenbergs scoring a hat-trick. The spusu Vienna Capitals want to improve at home in the STEFFL Arena, having picked up just nine points from ten games. Now the Dolezal squad has the chance to celebrate two home wins in a row for the first time this season. Graz are the weakest away team in the win2day ICE Hockey League as the Styrians have only won one of their ten road games. The Viennese also won at the Merkur Eisstadion to open the season.

Sun, 26.11.2023, 17:30: Migross Supermercati Asiago Hockey - EC Red Bull Salzburg
Referees: OFNER, STERNAT, Pardatscher, Rigoni | >> live.ice.hockey <<

Asiago have alternated wins and defeats in their last five games - in their last match a week ago in Hungary, the penultimate team in the table suffered a 2:10 defeat. With a 4:1 home win against Ljubljana yesterday, the Red Bulls returned to winning ways and are now in second place. Salzburg's 4-2 home win against Asiago in mid-October had to be hard-earned, with the Red Bulls only securing the three-pointer in the final third. Overall, the reigning champions won four out of five matches, with the Italians celebrating their only victory at home.

Sun, 26.11.2023, 17:30: HC TIWAG Innsbruck - EC iDM Wärmepumpen VSV
Referees: BERNEKER, M. NIKOLIC, Martin, Wimmler | >> PULS 24 <<

Only two days after the strong CHL performance at Lukko Rauma, Innsbruck had to admit defeat in the league after a tough battle in Bolzano. Now the eighth-placed Innsbruck team, who will be wearing this year's XMAS outfit for the first time, will face Villach. The eagles are currently fourth in the table and come to Tyrol on the back of a 6:3 home win against the Vienna Capitals after three defeats in a row. VSV won the first game of the season between the two teams 5:2 at home in September. The duel between the two rivals has always been good for a lot of goals in the recent past. On average, at least six goals have been scored in the past seven matches. John Hughes not only leads the league's assist statistics, the playmaker could also break the 1,000-point mark on Sunday. The 35-year-old currently has 998 points.

Sun, 26.11.2023, 18:00: HK SZ Olimpija - EC-KAC
Referees: REZEK, TRILAR, Durmis, Konc | >> live.ice.hockey <<

HK SZ Olimpija returned from the international break with a 3:2 shootout win in Innsbruck, but have since had to accept clear away defeats at Pioneers Vorarlberg (2:6) and Salzburg (1:4). After three wins in a row, the EC-KAC suffered a defeat against Pustertal on Friday evening. Away from home, the EC-KAC picked up in the last five games a total of ten out of a possible 15 points. The defence has proven to be very stable in recent weeks: The Red Jackets have not conceded more than two goals in any of their last eleven games. The Slovenians, on the other hand, have had problems in the past, especially on their own ice: they have lost 21 of the last 23 matches played at the Hala Tivoli. The first season meeting was a clear 4:0 win for the KAC.
