In the last two games before the International Break the Red Bull Hockey Juniors and the FBI VEU Feldkirch celebrated wins on Sunday.

05.11.2017: Red Bull Hockey Juniors – EHC Alge Elastic Lustenau 4:1 (2:0,1:0,1:1)
Red Bull Hockey Juniors took the lead in a Power Play: Samuel Witting deflected a wristshot by Östling after only 86 seconds. In another Power Play Alexander Lahoda made it 2:0 with a big shot. In the last six minutes of period 1 Lustenau played Power Play, but the Mozart Citizens defended their lead. The game got more aggressiv then in period 2. Wappis, Wachter and Lahoda missed good chances for the Red Bulls, while Red Bulls goalie Fießinger stopped every shot from the Lions. Finally Alex Lahoda finished a counter after a nice combination with Wachter and Kainz for the 3:0. In the last 20 minutes Salzburg defended their lead in an intense and fast game and won in the end 4:1. It was the sixth win in a row for the Red Bull Hockey Juniors.
 
05.11.2017: EK Zeller Eisbären - VEU Feldkirch 1:4 (0:0;1:0;0:4)
No goals were scored in period 1. After the re-start the guests from Feldkirch took over the control of the game, but couldn‘t beat goalie Patrick Machreich. This was punished by Frederik Widen, who scored the lead for EK Zeller Eisbären in minute 35 in a 5-on-3-Power Play. The third period Feldkirch started 5-on-3 and equalized. Now the Vorarlberger made pressure and were rewarded with the win thanks three goals from Martin Mairitsch, Fekete and Birnstill in the last four minutes. VEU is now seventh and the best Austrian team in the Alps Hockey League!
